Please come well in advance so you have time to unwind and begin your relaxation in our Sanctuary Lounge.

We recommend a shower before the treatments for enhancing the effect of the treatments. Towel, bathrobe, slippers, underwear (disposable) are provided.

During our treatments, we use a towel technique so that you never have to feel uncomfortable. Our goal is for you to enjoy and thrive, you should never have to feel that you can't break the silence.

Please respect the booked time. In case of late arrival, we reserve the right to shorten the treatment.

Cancellations for individuals must be made 24 hours before the booked treatment or will otherwise be charged full price.
